I really enjoyed that the food for breakfast was tasty. The staff were extremely friendly, the room was good value for money and reasonably large. The location was unbeatable, within a close distance from Lillehammer Art Museum. And I was close to restaurants and bars.

The standard queen room was separate with exceptionally comfortable beds. The location of this hotel in the heart of Lillehammer was marvellous and fantastic.

Very impressed with standard double room with large windows out onto the streets. Perfect location to Norwegian Vehicle Museum. Enjoyed shopping area.

Savoury and enjoyable breakfast with a lot of FAB foods. Central location and close to the train station. Restaurants and bars close to it.

It was fairly clean, everyone was very-very nice. There were particularly good bathroom and quiet room. Had great location in the center, right next to a main street and a gallery. Also, Lillehammer Art Museum was within walking distance.

the hotel was quirky and the staff was excellent, it had fantastic location in the mountains. the breakfast was savoury and astonishing with sausages and waffles and had something for everyone. the team provided a superb service. location: the venue was short walk to all attractions especially to the olympics park, the train station and downtown lillehammer and the center of town and easy walking throughout the downtown area. plus, norwegian vehicle museum was set nearby.

The units are fairly quiet with a double bed.

I stayed in a very small room, but it was surprisingly clean and the bathroom had a heated floor which was a nice touch. The staff at First Hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable. The breakfast had a good variety and there was always coffee and hot water available in the common area. I had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel.

Perfect location for us, next to station, also for the town. Very good breakfast, friendly amd helpful staff.

Window-blind broken, could neither be closed nor opened. Dirty window, inadequate curtains for summer. (room too light) Small room.

The hotel is situated in the City Center, with easy parking. The bed was fairly comfortable and the room was nice and clean.

The place had a good atmosphere. The breakfasts were wonderful with bacon and waffles and sausages and nice service;))

This hotel is fantastic - just a 2-minute walk from the train and bus stations, making it incredibly convenient for travelers. The location is perfect, with the center of town only a 3-minute walk away. Additionally, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Finally, the breakfast is superb, with a wide selection of delicious food to choose from.

All was faultless!

The room was large and the bathroom was nice and clean. The interior is not brand new, but ok. The reseptionists were most helpful, and the breakfast was good.

There wasn't a lot about this hotel to praise. It was summer and Lillehammer is probably at its best in winter but this hotel needs a serious makeover anyway the best thing is the location in the centre of town but still only about 1 minutes drive from the main E6 road.

Plenty to dislike. The hotel is very out dated and needs some care and attention, the rooms are well past their past in terms of layout and comfort. It is not good value for money at all. When checking out their credit card machines had gone off-line so they insisted that we had to pay for the room in cash - lucky we had the cash available but for a hotel not to be able to take a credit card and then have no viable back-up plan seems to me in this day and age a real problem.

Good atmosphere!

Nicely decorated and quirky hotel with excellent staff. Great food and warm drinks. Superb service, parking onsite. The flexible check-in process too.
